Project Design Studio – 3rd Year Architecture
The third-year design studio aims to strengthen students’ mastery of architectural design methods by integrating site analysis, critical thinking, and spatial organization. It guides students from short, focused exercises toward a complete and holistic design of a public facility. The design process is conceived as a constant interaction between theory and practice, supported by a structured pedagogical progression divided into four phases.
Through this studio, students are encouraged to develop their own architectural language, improve their ability to respond to complex contextual constraints, and build a coherent narrative for their design decisions. Emphasis is placed on developing sustainable, context-sensitive, and user-centered solutions that reflect both creativity and technical rigor.
